This is an original 2 eye label / mono pressing of the blues LP:  THE LEGENDARY SON HOUSE - FATHER OF FOLK BLUES (Columbia / CL 2417).

Record is very glossy with a few light surface marks - plays and sounds great with only a light background crackle at times that does not overpower or distract from music.
