Booklet included, but not photographed. Booklet looks as though it was never removed from the cover!
Vinyl: VG+ very nice vinyl! A few very minor surface flaws per side. Plays great with only light noise on the quiet parts.
Cover: Textured VG+ light wear, no splits, writing, or creases. Original photo inner included, the record is stored in a plain white sleeve to protect the inner.
