Description
This is an original thick, heavy vinyl U.S. lp on black and silver CHESS label #Lp-1430 called: LOOK! IT'S THE MOONGLOWS, made in U.S. in 1959 and has 12 songs: TEN COMMANDMENTS OF LOVE / BLUE VELVET / LOVE IS A RIVER / DON'T SAY GOODBYE / KISS ME BABY / MEAN OLD BLUES / COLD FEET / etc. Matrix numbers are stamped in trail off of lp. Cover is made of thick cardboard with glossy front, seams, and spine, it has only a hint of browning and wear. Also has 2 tiny punch holes in both left corners, everything else perfect, no stains, bad wear, bent or pushed in corners, cut corners, saw cuts, rivets, etc. Seams and spine are clean and strong with no wear, splits, or flaking, spine print is extremely sharp, it is black against a white background. Picture and graphics on front are beautiful, notes and photo on back are near perfect. The lp has nice clean labels with hardly a spindle trail and very glossy playing surfaces with no dulling groove wear, defects, warps, or scratches you can feel, however there are many scuffs when viewed under bright light. I played excerpts and to my surprise this durable early U.S. lp sounded wonderful on my turntable, tracks sounded crystal clear with a surprisingly quiet background. Absolutely no skips and no loud or annoying background noise. A nice find even in this CONDITION: COVER VG++ / LP VG++ .
