Description
Here is an album from my collection offered up for auction: An original, hard to find MONO Lp album "MEET THE BEATLES" released in 1964 by Capitol records T 2047 mono, this is The Beatles first album in the USA! This vintage mono pressing with rainbow Capitol labels (three BMI credits, the rest are ASCAP) and a number 6 on the back cover! The record grades VG+, but is EX audibly, vinyl is clean and glossy, but grades VG+ because visually it has numerous faint marks on both sides (they don't look like needle marks), nothing heavy, has been PLAY TESTED. Plays great from start to finish with EXCELLENT sound quality, clear sound, minimal surface noise, a very enjoyable listen! Dead wax hand etching reads side one T-1-2047-G8 1, side two T-2-2047-F7 and a :) smiley face symbol. The cover rates NEAR MINT and has no producer credits, it has great deep color, white is super bright, no ring wear, no signatures or writing, no stains, binder edge NM and readable, all edges and corners NM, no splits, no tape, a beautiful cover! Includes the vintage printed inner sleeve in EX condition! (see photos) There is NO RESERVE PRICE!
