Description
This is an Original 1971 - HMS Donovan - 2 Vinyl LP Set - Dawn DNLD-4001 Stereo. It does include the Poster. There is some ring wear and light discoloration to the cover (more so in the inside). The original price sticker is still attached. I would grade the cover VG - possibly better. The albums look as though they have never been played - there are no spindle marks on the labels and no visible scuffs or light scratches to the records themselves. Honestly, they look to be in Near Mint condition and I do try to grade conservatively. The sleeves are original and also show some discoloration - probably VG. I will included 2 new generic sleeves if you want. The poster might have a few tiny seam splits or tears but overall is in VG+ condition. I'm including a brief description of Grades to help clarify them for the novice collector. NEAR MINT: A nearly perfect record. Basically, an LP in Near Mint condition looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed it from the shrink wrap. Many dealers won't give a grade higher than this. VERY GOOD PLUS: "record will show signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect ones listening experience. The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. An LP jacket may have slight signs of wear also and may be marred by a cut-out hole". VERY GOOD: Surface noise will be evident upon playing but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time, only two or three of them". GOOD/GOOD PLUS: "A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear. A jacket or sleeve will have seem splits. Tape writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object". S/H is Priority w/tracking & insurance and includes a new album mailer. I will ship media mail if you wish but recommend insurance if you choose this method. I have recently had some media mailing take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Once the album is dropped off at the post office I have no control over the length of time it takes to be delivered (please be aware of that if you choose this method).
