THE MEDIA KIT HAS SOME SORT OF WRITING THAT I CANNOT MAKE OUT. IT APPEARS THERE ARE TP's initials. Not sure if its actually Tom Petty himself. 
I do not know and cannot verify this. These albums are sent to local radio stations to promote the upcoming concert and which tracks to play.
