Original Analog - THE DEBUT OF LED ZEPPELIN, Ed1 Monarch Pressing in Very Good+

Description

Offered is the First U.S. Edition Release of the Debut Album of Led Zeppelin, pressed at the Monarch Pressing Plant in Los Angeles.

This identification is made from the deadwax matrixes on the LP, which are consistent with the Monarch 1st Pressing (please see below). We have included a photo of Rob Grenell's mark in our Gallery.

THE VINYL : VERY GOOD +

VG+ :  The LP surfaces retain much of their original gloss, with minimal spindlewear evident. 

Bright, undamaged, Tri Color 1841 Broadway Atlantic Labels.  
 
Present on both sides are some light marks, including sleevewear from the original paper inner sleeve and hairlines that produce some occasional clicks as the needle passes over them.

On Side A, A-1 (Good Times, Bad Times) has a more significant mark, but again the clicks are light in the playback.

All of the tracks on both sides play through with no skipping or sticking.
 




THE COVER : EXCELLENT +


EX+ :  Please see photos / exceptionally well-stored / bright colors / all of the seams, including the spine, are intact / the only visible flaw is a name ('B. Johnson") written on the top left side of the back cover (please see our Gallery Photos) / no other writing, paper loss, paper tears, dirt, or stains.


Included is the original Atlantic Records paper inner sleeve (please see the photos in our gallery).
        

We have placed the record and the cover into separate, protective plastic sleeves.
