Description
Fantastic piece of *Beatles* Memorabilia from the 1960s. A large tin of Talcum Powder from 'Margo of Mayfair' decorated on both sides with pictures of the Fab Four.
On one side of the tin there are bordered individual head shots, and on the other is a full length picture entitled 'With the Beatles' with the group wearing their familiar collarless-jacket suits and cuban-heeled chelsea boots. They all have one foot resting on a stuffed toy and John is leaning on some sort of stick.
The oval-shaped grey tin still holds some of its original contents. It measures 7.5 inches (18.5 cms) in height to the top of the stopper.
The tin is slightly rusty on the top surface and on the seams. The pictures are still clear and there is only negligible rusting and scratching to the printed sides.
