Description
Early album by Jimmy Buffett entitled "High Cumberland Jubilee" from 1976. The material was recorded in 1971, shortly after the release of his debut album, though not released until after his later albums charted. It is on the Barnaby/Janus label (Catalog #BR/6014) and is more in the folk/country genre than his better known material.
The record has one light scratch and some other surface marks. I removed dust with a Discwasher, but it could benefit from a deeper cleaning as it appears to have some older fingerprints. It plays well overall and grades VG. The jacket is in the original shrink, which shows storage wear and has an approx. 2-1/2" tear along the bottom edge. Inside the shrink, the cover rates a nice VG+, approaching EX. Its minor flaws including a ding on the upper edge and wear to the right corners. (Please see photos for greater detail.)

LP will be shipped outside the jacket in a cardboard record mailer. I grade vinyl using Goldmine standards as a guide and Near Mint is my highest grade for preowned vinyl. I am a longtime record collector (not a store), and I ship Monday-Friday. I have only one copy of most items in my inventory.
Please know that vinyl is an imperfect medium, and new vinyl (especially colored vinyl and picture discs) can be subject to minor surface noise and/or imperfections. I rate sealed vinyl "mint" but, as any seasoned record buyer knows, pressing quality will vary.
