Description

Up for auction is an original Blue Note mono first pressing 12” vinyl LP of the hard bop jazz classic Light-Foot from saxophonist Lou Donaldson and his quintet (Herman Foster, Peck Morrison, Jimmy Wormworth, and Ray Barretto).


Released by Blue Note Records in 1959 (BLP-4053).


Media Condition Vinyl: Conservatively graded as Very Good (VG) – Vinyl has some noticeable scratches and scuffs that cause minor surface noise, but do not overpower the music. Record was tested and there are no skips. Vinyl still has good luster. LP labels are very clean.

Sleeve Condition: Conservatively graded as Very Good (VG) – Cover is clean and still attractive, shows slight wear including crease mark on lower left corner. Some staining and discoloration visible on back cover and minor seam wear, but no splits or tears. Corners have small creases and fraying.
