Please Note:  After examining the vinyl under very bright light, I noticed several light, non-feelable scratches scattered on both sides.  There is also a light feelable scratch on side 1, through cut 3 that makes a light noise, mostly a repeating "tic."  Otherwise, the record played NM.  I sound-sampled several places on both sides.
My revised grading: Vinyl:  S1 = EXC-; S2 = EXC Sound:  S1 = EXC; S2 = NM
