Released: 12 Sep 1975


Factory Sealed in blue shrink with Title sticker


Bottom right corner cut

Has visible ring wear

Small holes in the shrink on the back (see pictures)


1st US issue with postcard and printed inner sleeve. Originally issued with blue opaque shrinkwrap with title sticker (see images) which revealed the actual cover once shrink was removed. Most owners discarded the blue shrink wrap upon opening.


Matrices are stamped with "P" and "1T/2T/3T" etched.
