Offered is an early, original United Kingdom Pressing of Caress Of Steel, by the great Progressive Rock Band - Rush.

From our Gallery Photos, notice the embossed, gold-colored double stars in a rectangle (★★) on the upper left corner of the front cover. Very few of the early pressings carry this - it is distinctive and you would think it meant something - but we don't know what (??).

THE VINYL : NEAR MINT

NM : This beautiful record is lightly played with minimal evidence of spindlewear (please see close up photos of the labels). Both sides of the LP surface retain all of their original gloss. 
 
Other than some light cosmetic sleevewear from the original paper inner sleeve, there are no marks on either side.
 
Bright, undamaged, Blue and Silver Mercury labels (please see photos). 
                                                     
The record shows exceptional care and handling.




THE GATEFOLD COVER : EXCELLENT +

EX+ :  Please see photos / well-stored with some minor scuffing / bright colors / all of the seams, including the spine, are intact / the number 2 is written in ink on the price "hype" sticker, but other than that, there is no other writing, paper loss, paper tears, dirt, or stains.



Included is the original Mercury paper outer with plastic inner sleeve (please see the photos in our gallery).


We have placed the cover into a separate, protective plastic sleeve.
