Description
You are bidding on an original 11" x 17" thick paper poster advertising the Cramps performance at Max's Kansas City in New York City on Friday and Saturday, November 11th and 12th, 1978. Also as advertised, the first U.S. appearance of Levi and the Rockats. This is a guaranteed original poster from the estate of a prominent muscian/collector. Beautiful, partially hand colored, on thick paper. There is a small triangular chip at top center, and an inch and a half vertical tear beside the chip. There is a half inch horizontal edge tear on the right side about 2 inches down from the top. There is a one inch horizontal tear on the left edge about 6 inches from the bottom. Over all there is some wrinkling, and some light soiling/adhesive bleed through long the edges. There is extensive adhesive tape on the back. A wonderful early Cramps artifact. Very possibly the only poster still in existence from this concert. Obviously quite rare. Bid accordingly.
