Description
Seven original or early release LPs of British modern jazz from the 1960s and 1970s. Gradings are done by the Discogs grading guide so Google that if you want check what that means.
Bob Downes - Open Music - Philips - SBL 7922 - VG+/VG+ - Couple of visible marks on B side audible as quiet clicks on track B1. Otherwise, plays like NM. Clean labels. Sleeve has some use-related creases near opening but not obvious, and perhaps a little age-related yellowing to back sleeve. No splits, no writing, spine fine etc.
Mike Westbrook Orchestra - Fturing - John Surman - Citadel / Room 315 - RCA - SF 8433VG+/VG+ - Vinyl looks perfect but I can hear some crackles and quiet clicks in quieter passages. Sleeve has a bit of general wear and a small price sticker (might be removeable)
The Joe Harriott Double Quintet - Indo-Jazz Fusions - Columbia - SCX 6122VG+/VG+ - Plays beautifully - just a crackle or two in one or two places
The Joe Harriott Double Quintet - Indo-Jazz Suite - Columbia - SX 6025 - VG+/VG+ - Plenty of visible scuffs but sounds great -mostly like NM with a few little crackles here and there. Clean labels. Sleeve has small name written on back.
The John Dankworth Orchestra - What The Dickens! - Fontana - TL 5203 - VG+/VG+ - Plays like NM. Clean labels. Sleeve has a bit of tape residue top right back, front and spine are fine. Very nice copy indeed.
Various - Jazz Explosion compilation - Columbia - SLJS 1 - VG+/VG+ - Writing on back "Sally Turner Form 3" which is kinda sweet. I wonder who she was and where she is now?
Victor Feldman - The Arrival Of - Contemporary - LAC 12172 - VG/VG+ - Plays like NM except for audible scuff producing 'swooshy' crackle on first track only
