This is Atlantic Records 1317, Ornette Coleman The Shape Of Jazz To Come, an orange and purple, deep groove, white fan label, early mono copy of this classic record. The record is in near mint condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The glossy cover is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks. An original thumbnail inner sleeve is included. This is a treasured personal copy, recently upgraded at considerable expense. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
