Orchestra created by Billo Frómeta in Caracas the 31 August 1940, on the roots of the Billo's Happy Boys Orchestra, with Singer Kuroky Sánchez, Saxophone and violin Freddy Coronado, and César Espín. Later joined Chuchú Bravo (in the 1970s/80s, bongos, vocals), Rafa Galindo and Víctor Pérez (2) on vocals

Perfil: Venezuelan singer. Víctor Pérez was born in Porlamar, Nueva Esparta state on September 15, 1917. Pérez began his artistic carrear on 1940 with Filo Rodríguez' Orchestra, after that, joined to Billo's Caracas Boys, with Billo's got his first success, Guarachando (Frómeta), following with Campesino(S. Bosch) and La Negra del Solar, El Caimán (J. Peñaranda), Despacio se va lejos (B. Frómeta), Maraquita (Coronado/Aponte) y Caprichosa (M. Desman).
Pérez and Rafa Galindo founded Rafa Víctor Orchestra, this team passed soon, and after that, Pérez joined to Hermanos Belisario's Orchestra, and Billo Frómeta invited to returned to his orchestra.
In 1960 once again Pérez and Rafa Galindo founded a new band, Sans Souci orchestra, a brief project, and after that Pérez joined to Chucho Sanoja.
Víctor Pérez worked without a rest until 1998.
Víctor Pérez died on July 28, 2000 at home in Los Teques, Miranda state.
