Description

Otis Blackwell and Winfield Scott wrote Return to Sender and other songs for Elvis Presley.  Blackwell also wrote Great Balls of Fire, Fever, Handy Man, Let's Talk About Us, and many more legendary songs, and had a less-successful career as a recording artist.   Here we have an 10" one-sided 45 rpm acetate of a song they wrote together that doesn't seem to have achieved a commercial release, but is clearly in the style of, and very likely intended for, Elvis.  The playing surface is a nice VG+ with a light storage marks.  The other (blank) side has some cracking and some paper stuck to it, and is in very delicate condition.  Complete with vintage lead sheet.
