Otis Spann  ' Otis Spann is the blues '  CANDID CJM 8001 (USA) mono orange-yellow label with deep groove - rec. on August 23, 1960 - issued in 1961   Otis Spann : piano, vocal - Robert Lockwood Jr. : guitar, vocal Side A : The hard way - Take a little walk with me (Lockwood Jr.) - Otis in the dark - Little boy blue  (Lockwood Jr.)  - Country boy Side B : Beat-up team - My daily wish (Lockwood Jr.) - Great Northern stomp - I got rumbling on my mind (Lockwood Jr.) - Worried life blues   Visual grading : record is EX to EX+ full lustre has minimal wear and a very light unfeelable surface mark on track 2 of side B. Clean labels with minimal spindle wear  Playing grading : record is EX plays very well with loud and clear sound. Has some light occasional ticks and minimal occasional background noise  Cover grading : cover is EX has light wear to corners. Front and back are nice. The spine has titles fully readable
