came from an album, so the "jacket," is the paper bag colored page from the album
hard to grade vinyl condition, grooves are packed so tight on these. 1 smudge on b side, 1 smaller smudge on a-side. medium played? heavily played? hard to tell! i took 2 pix to show close-up of vinyl condition. see if that helps...
