Shipping

We ship to “confirmed shipping” address. We can, however, ship to “unconfirmed address”
on a case to case basis, provided this shipping address is indicated in your PayPal account.
We normally ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping is usually done between the
business hours of 9:30am - 5:30pm M-F. UPS does not deliver items addressed to a military
box, FPO, APO or P.O. box. Please contact us if you would like to make other shipping
arrangements. A signature is required on deliveries of orders over $250.

Returns

Returns and exchanges must be in same condition and include original products included
in packaging that was originally sent out. Return freight paid by the customer.
We will replace/refund incorrect items and pay return shipping charges for items
listed incorrectly that are being returned. We will reimburse standard ground shipping
rates up to the amount it was shipped out at only. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking
fee depending on the reason of the return. We require confirmed return delivery on any returned item, and reserve
the right to hold refunds until item has been received and verified.  No Refunds on Items guaranteed by Third Party
(eg. Graded; coins, sports cards, stamps etc.) Ask for details if unsure. If the item was damaged
in shipping please notify us immediately and we will assist in filing a claim with UPS or USPS.

Payment Method

We accept PayPal payments only. Unless the item is for local pick up only, In that case we
will need cash at time of pick up. You can pay using your credit card via PayPal. PayPal
accepts all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All purchases in the state
of Arizona (localpickup and shipped items) are subject to sales tax. Please do not buy if you do not intend to
pay. Payment is required after ordering. We appreciate your business and prompt
payment. Please notify us by email if you cannot pay within 3 days. If your order remains
unpaid after 3 days, we have the option to sell your item.
