Rare Strictly Official Japan Original Vinyl LP with A Fold Out Lyrics/Japanese Linernotes Sheet and A Postcard for Customer Survey by CBS Sony.
This Is Rare Promo Label Issue, So Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels,A Small Sample Sticker Is on Back Sleeve.
Side B of The Disc is VG Plus, Side A is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus - VG Plus (No Bottom Split, It Has Ringwears, Looks Aged A Little), OBI Has Fold Spots on Front/Back.
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
