Description

You are bidding on the Ozzy Osbourne /Randy Rhoads Tribute vinyl LP from 1987.  This is a 2 record set.  This album is on the CBS Associated Records label with the number ZX2 40714. I have posted 12 pictures so you can see the quality of the album for yourself.  I posted a picture of each side of the records from 2 angles, so it would catch the light differently.  The records are untested and I am not a record grader, but what i do for all records I sell is provide what I call observational notes.  These are some observations I make about the record, so you can make an informed decision about your bid.  Here’s my Observational Notes:

  • Album cover — No tears or rips (as some people put the records away to hard and pushes the record through the cover); there is a light “record ring” on the front and the back (this occurs over time from being stored and you see it especially on dark covers like this one); There is some shelf wear, a little on the corners and the most on the bottom where the record gets moved on an off the shelf.
  • Inner Sleeves — They are intact and no tears from the record going through; there are slight bends where it has been handled.
  • Records —. Both records are very clean.  I took 2 pictures of each side except on the fourth side since I am limited to only 12 pictures.  There are no big scratches and minimal appearance of any handling or playing.
We are an auction house, so everything we do is set up as an auction.  We enjoy the thrill of bidding, so we are a little old fashion in that way.  So, you won’t see much “Buy It Now” occur on our site, as we try to keep the fun of auctions alive.
I take great care in packing the records for shipping.  All records are shipped in a box designed for mailing of records.  The records are taken out of the inner sleeve and placed in a different sleeve, so the records don’t move while in transit.  I then wrap the album and records in packing paper and put plastic wrap around it.  I place cardboard on each side of the album to provide more security in its travels.  I securely pack and ship within 48 hours of payment posting to PayPal (except on weekends since the Post Office has limited hours of service).  Thanks for checking my site and good luck on your bidding.
