Yes, it is expensive and no, we will not make any exceptions so please refrain from writing and asking and or complaining. We'd assume be able to accept your business but we cannot and will no longer be held responsible for lost, missing and or damaged packages. It has happened one too many times and we'd just assume not deal with the headache and trade for the loss in revenue instead rather then have to hassle over it any longer. Sorry...
