Originally released in 1990, The Comforts Of Madness is the debut studio album from ethereal pop band, The Pale Saints. The album features an ambitious sound that successfully merges dream pop with gentle shoegaze and it stands as both the band's most successful as well at their most critically acclaimed. The Comforts Of Madness was produced by John Fryer and Gil Norton and includes a cover of Opal's "Fell From the Sun." Remastered for vinyl for the first time in over two decades, this record is pressed on high quality vinyl. This is the first ever U.S. release of The Comforts Of Madness on vinyl, the way it was meant to be heard.
