PHIL SPITALNY & HIS ORCHESTRA*-- PARLOPHONE PNY 34117 (US) ON REVIVAL DAY// SHE'LL BE COMIN' AROUND THE MOUNTAIN-- Condition: E+ // E+ Scarce US PNY Parlophone sides of a very, very, hot Phil Spitalny & His Orchestra, performing as *The Flamingo Melodians! On Revival Day features another very campy vocal by Bill Coty and a very hot trumpet. Flip the record over, and The Three Jacks handle the vocal on She'll be Comin' Around The Mountain, again, with a hot, hot brass section. NOTE: this is not your normal Phil Spitalny record! You will be amazed by this fun record, so much to listen for, and, of course, Bill Coty, my favorite vocalist of this period, really has a ball telling us all about Revival Day! Condition is E+, with virtually silent surfaces and a gorgeous gloss - like is just came out of the Columbia Records (PNY Parlophones were a Columbia product) stampers!

As with all records purchased from me, they are cleaned with the VPI professional Record Washing System, so the sides are free of grit and dirt and they are CLEAN!
This is part of a huge collection that I am trying to get posted on EBAY. Since there are now others posted from me, I will happy to combine orders to save shipping costs, since it costs very little more to ship six records as it does to ship one! However, any record agreed to be held, must be paid for with 48 hours, or they will be put up for second chance offers. It is impossible to tie us all of the income from "held" records, for, what could be weeks, without payment. Unless otherwise noted, records are shipped in plain manilla sleeves and shipped in heavy cardboard boxes with double pieces of cardboard top and bottom and the middle (if the the shipment is large enough) and packed with popcorn and/or bubble material.
