Description
A great opportunity to buy a copy of a 7 inch VINYL single from the 60's by Paul Anka called "When We Get There".
Though a big recording artist in the late 1950's and early 1960's, Paul Anka had not enjoyed U.K. chart success for several years when this single was released in 1968. Consequently this record did not sell sufficient copies to break into the charts and it became a rarity. It was subsequently picked up by the Northern Soul scene to become a dance floor classic. To find a copy in this SUPERB condition is almost beyond belief!
Released on the RCA Victor label (RCA 1676), it has "When We Get There" on the A side with "Can't Get You Out Of My Mind" on the B side.
The vinyl is in a lovely MINT condition. I always examine and grade records under a bright table lamp and there is nothing to indicate on the vinyl that this record has ever been played previously. I have carefully played both sides and they play fine and sound great.
The matrix numbers are:- WPKM-0105-1 (side 1) and WPKM-0102-1C (side 2).
The record is perfectly flat and has no warps of any description.
The labels are clean and free of any writing or defects.
The record is housed within an original company sleeve in an EXCELLENT condition, with the catalogue number written in the top corner.
