This is Blue Note BLP 1569, an original 50s blue and white label pressing with 47 W 63rd NYC address.

Deep groove original mono issue with RVG and the ear squiggle in the dead wax

No "R" on label or sleeve.

The record is in VERY GOOD+ condition with clean labels

The sleeve is in VERY GOOD condition with scuffing on the corners and a 2" split on the top opening edge and a 1" split on the bottom opening edge. There is also tape residue down the right hand side of the back (but the tape has been removed). No other split seams and no other damage or defects
