As soon as I receive payment, I notify you that payment has been received, the item is being shipped immediately. I retain shipping receipts for one month after shipping, so if you have NOT received the item, or the item is damaged, and you purchased insurance, you MUST notify me prior to one month after shipping, so a claim can be made. I rarely have a problem with damaged items, or items not being delivered, but can not hold receipts for an indefinite period of time.
