Very rare radio station only item

After consulting several other collectors we have decided this is an original radio station copy of this unusual promo disc of radio spots promoting Paul's RAM LP. Lots of pictures are included here. Also the complete contents as a MP3 sound file BELOW. If there are any know - it - alls in the audience who believe I am in error .... speak and I will listen. Also I will stand behind the record until it is declared a "done deal" by the winner. This was found in a nice Beatles collection that included other promo items also

COVER: Blank but VG++.

LETTERS: Very nice, hardly any wrinkles, no folds, tape or writing.

DISC: VG++ .... maybe even M-.

OTHER DETAILS: Inserts are on Gold Crest watermarked paper. SPRO-6210 is written in the dead wax. Also Z1and EW/JV written in the dead wax. Asterisk also. Issued in 1971 to promote Paul's "Ram" LP. 15 different 30 second and 60 second album introduction spots for radio. Packaged in plain white heavy cardboard sleeve with 2 paper inserts.
