Paul McCartney and Wings 1975 UK 1st FACTORY SAMPLE DEMO / PROMO issue of the 'Venus And Mars' LP. Released on the 30th May 1975 and offered here FULLY COMPLETE with a host of extra PROMOTIONAL items and in WONDERFUL MINT- condition.
Released on the UK Capitol label this comes FULLY COMPLETE with MINT- vinyl, gatefold sleeve with rare Wings sticker to the front, picture inner sleeve, 2 stickers (unused) and 2 posters. Almost ALL of the components here including the promotional items below are in STUNNING MINT- condition.
This also comes with a host of rare promotional items including: 6 glossy promo photos, Wings Card, Wings Fun Club comp slip and Wings Fun Club memo page. Virtually impossible to find a set in this condition with promo extras.
These initial early factory sample pressings would have usually been given out to reviewers, radio stations or used as quality control within the pressing plant.
The Matrix numbers are:
Side 1. YEX 945-1U 4 GGD
Side 2. YEX 946-3U 1 GGD
The vinyl is in MINT- condition. STUNNING.
Both labels are in MINT- condition.
The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.
The inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT+ condition. I shall include an additional inner sleeve for protection.
The inserts are in EXCELLENT - MINT- condition.
This LP will be very carefully packaged for transit. UK recorded postage is: £5.50. EU recorded postage is: £14.95. Rest of the world recorded postage is: £19.95. Combined, reduced postage is available.
