Paul McCartney and Wings - 'London Town' LP. PAS 10012
Paul McCartney and Wings 1978 UK 1st DEMO pressing of the 'London Town' LP. Released on the 31st March 1978, it is offered here FULLY COMPLETE with two additional Wings Fun Club inserts and an MPL letter.
The front cover features a gold embossed demo EMI stamp which states - ’PROPERTY OF EMI R, DEMONSTRATION ONLY, NOT FOR SALE’. The package contains - vinyl, custom inner sleeve, outer sleeve, poster, Wings comp slip, Wings memo page and an MPL letter (this dates from later than the album).
The Matrix numbers are:
Side 1. YEX 975-1 1 R
Side 2. YEX 976-1 1 R R
The vinyl is in VERY GOOD++ condition.
Both labels are in MINT- condition.
The sleeve is in VERY GOOD++ condition.
The inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT- condition. I will include an additional sleeve to protect the original.
The poster is in EXCELLENT+ condition.
The Wings inserts are in EXCELLENT+ condition.
