This record is in excellent condition. It has a few(5-6) spindle marks visible on each label but no pen marks, scuffs, fading or any other damage. The centres show next to no wear and are not loose or worn. Overall the iconic Apple labels are clean, bright and in great shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean overall and have nothing remotely serious showing with just two thin lines on either side visible in normal light. There are a few incredibly light wispy lines visible under very bright white light but not many at all and of course nothing remotely serious. So overall a classic vintage record which is in great shape, has no nasty scuffs, serious scratches or major marks and has a beautiful vivid lustre. It is in great shape, has been well cared for, and grades as a very strong excellent.
I play tested the record and it played really well with superb audio throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is next to no movement noticeable in the record arm. The sound produced is crisp, dynamic and very clear with only the most minimal trace of surface noise or interference audible in the run in and between some tracks. There are obviously no skips, sticks, clicks or pops and overall it produces audio of excellent clarity. Overall the play test was excellent and it suffered from no major issues or any real interference and produced audio of high quality and clarity.
The laminated gatefold sleeve is in near mint condition. It has just the most minimal amount of wear to the edges and corners(pics), and the writing along the spine is all clearly legible. It is clean, bright and has a strong spine and there are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. There is one 1" minor crease on the front, other than this I can see any on the sleeve at all! There are no ring marks showing and overall it is in superb condition. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much as information as possible as to its condition.
It contains its original plain white Apple inner in excellent condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks but has light creasing and mild age related discolouring.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
