Paul McCartney – The Boys of Dungeon Lane (Listening Event Exclusive / Silver Vinyl LP + Double-Sided Photo Print + Tote Bag / Record Release Party / May 29, 2026) – NEW/SEALED – IN HAND

📝 Item Description

You are looking at the Listening Event Exclusive Silver Vinyl LP of Paul McCartney's The Boys of Dungeon Lane — extremely limited, available only at in-store Record Release Parties held at participating independent record stores on May 29, 2026, and now sold out. This complete package includes the silver vinyl LP, a double-sided photo print featuring black-and-white photographs of young Paul McCartney from his personal archive, and a yellow tote bag printed with the "Boys of Dungeon Lane L24" logo and McCartney's signature — handed out with purchase at the release parties. The "L24" in the title refers to the Speke postcode in Liverpool, the area where McCartney spent his childhood — and The Boys of Dungeon Lane refers to the actual route from Liverpool to the Speke shoreline. The Boys of Dungeon Lane is McCartney's 18th solo studio album and his first release since 2020's acclaimed McCartney III — described as his most introspective album to date, with extraordinary new songs about his childhood in post-war Liverpool, the resilience of his parents, and early adventures with George Harrison and John Lennon long before the world had ever heard of Beatlemania. Discogs collectors confirm the silver pressing is "quiet and well-balanced," with McCartney's "aged, whispier vocals" giving the proceedings "a certain twilighted weight."

⭐ Product Highlights

• Listening Event Exclusive — extremely limited silver vinyl available only at in-store Record Release Parties on May 29, 2026; Discogs collectors confirm this configuration was reselling for $300–$500 on eBay on release day itself, with the tote bag and postcards driving much of that premium
• Complete release party package — silver vinyl LP, double-sided photo print of young Paul McCartney from his personal archive, and a yellow tote bag printed with the "Boys of Dungeon Lane L24" logo and signature; the most comprehensive single physical bundle from the entire Boys of Dungeon Lane release campaign
• "L24" is McCartney's own childhood postcode — Speke, Liverpool; The Boys of Dungeon Lane refers to the actual route from Liverpool to the Speke shoreline that McCartney and his childhood friends would have walked; a deeply personal geographic detail woven directly into the album's title and branding
• McCartney's 18th solo studio album and first release since 2020's McCartney III — described as his most introspective album to date; "The Boys of Dungeon Lane is the story before THE story," with songs written with rare openness about his childhood, his parents' resilience, and early adventures with George Harrison and John Lennon before Beatlemania
• Double-sided photo print from McCartney's personal archive — part of a four-photo series used across different Boys of Dungeon Lane variants (gold vinyl, green CD, Walmart CD, and this silver vinyl); each variant's photo print is unique, making the complete photo series a genuine collector pursuit across formats
• One of the most aggressive multi-variant release strategies of McCartney's career — following the same playbook as McCartney III in 2020, Boys of Dungeon Lane has been released across colored vinyl, exclusive CDs, and now this listening-event-only silver pressing; the Listening Event Exclusive sits among the rarest of all configurations due to its single-day, in-store-only availability
• Discogs review: the pressing is "quiet and well-balanced, with no noticeable sound artifacts to distract... the album itself is reflective in a way that is perfectly complimented by McCartney's aged, whispier vocals, giving the proceedings a certain twilighted weight"
