On offer here is a rare LP called "The Family Way" with music by Paul McCartney, supervised and orchestrations arranged by George Martin. McCartney wrote it whilst still in the Beatles and this was the first solo LP written by any of the Beatles. It got nowhere near the charts on release and today it is extremely hard to find. This is the 1967 UK mono 1st pressing on the 1st press unboxed 'ridged' Red Decca label, with 1st press inner sleeve, and 1st press 'Clout & Baker' laminated cover. Any fan of Paul McCartney, The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection. There are some light marks on the vinyl which don’t affect play. The front cover has a small crease in the top left hand corner- maybe a couple of inches. There’s light ageing mainly along the back lip. While the label isn’t perfect, it doesn’t have any noticeable spindle marks.

MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras are good.
VERY GOOD: played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras slight amount of wear and tear.
GOOD: showing some wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. No major defects in record, cover, label, extras.
FAIR: Sound quality deteriorated. Cover, label, extras display folding, scuffing, marks. .
