Nintin Sawheneys remix of rushes Fluid, ........he took McCartneys and Youths reversed Piano phrases samples vocals and laid them across a drum and Bass, the urban rhythm that defined late 1990s UK street culture, was second nature to Sawheney but entirely new to McCartney He first heard of Sawhneys bedroom when he was drfopped in to listen to the remixes. "I was talking him through then and i said, "Ive done a few different versions of the remix" Sawheney remembers, "cos id just worked my arse of all day till he got there! And he said Oh I like that, I said right thats called drum and bass!
