and occasionally 30ips.
Every tape has been checked for quality. Most of the tapes are in near perfect condition but If there's a problem, we'll tell you. You won't have to "guess" about what you are getting. Our goal is for YOU to be happy with your purchase. If we make a mistake there's no need to get angry. TELL US ABOUT IT. If it's humanly possible, we will fix the problem to YOUR satisfaction!

Several years ago we were fortunate to have been able to purchase a very large part of the tape library that at one time resided at the Capricorn Studios in Macon Georgia. The second picture in the photo gallery is a small (very small) sampling of some of the boxes included in the collection, showing the various studio labels (or lack of studio labels) representative of the tapes in the collection. The collection has tapes of every size and format. Everything from 1/4", 4 track to 2", 24 track was included. Over the next several months we will be offering tapes by such artists as:

A 7.5IPS, 1/2 TRACK CAPRICORN MASTER TAPE OF
THE THE PAUL McCARTNEY AND WINGS ALBUM, "LONDON TOWN"

As part of the Capricorn Studios collection we got this 7.5ips, 1/2 track (demo?) Master Tape of The Wing's album, "London Town". Why they had it, we have no idea but, had it they did. The tape is recorded on Scotch 207 and is banded between songs. There are various labels on the reel including artist & title, the Capricorn Studios inventory sticker, which also has the artist and title and another really funny label with "English group - unknown. EXCELLENT sound. Badfinger? 7 1/2ips" The box also has the Capricorn inventory sticker as well as artist and title written on the top of the box.

All tapes come in the boxes shown with the notations as written on the boxes.

All tapes are shipped tails out (they need to be rewound BEFORE playing!) on the reel and in the boxes shown.
