Description
The original first pressing of Paul Weller's "Live Wood", on vinyl, released on Go! Discs in 1995. This collection catches Weller on stage suring the tour to promote the Wild Wood album.
I transferred this LP straight to cassette when first purchased, so the record has only been played twice, and one of those plays was to grade it for this auction. The sleeve is lovely and clean, but it has picked up a few minor marks during various house moves over the years. This mainly consists of some fairly light creasing at the top left, and a small scuff/line slightly further down. However, I don't feel that this is particularly noticeable. Other than that, there is a bit of light wear along the opening and at corners, and some creasing at the top of the spine. However, the sleeve was not made of very strong card for a double LP, so was not as durable as Weller's previous two releases in vinyl form.
The records are virtually as new. The cover also contains the original insert, in the form of a postcard for the buyer to send off in order to join Paul Weller's mailing list - a nice period memento!
