Description

PAUL WELLER Stanley Road on the Go! Discs label from 1995 (828 619-1).
this is the first EU pressing of this album - a limited edition which comes with a 16 page booklet.
record has been cleaned on an Okki Nokki and play tested in full.
both sides have some faint hairlines / sleeve removal marks.
Side B also has a couple of faint surface marks.
nothing feelable or heavy though.


Side A:
there's some occasional low surface noise during Side A but nothing that is too distracting.

there's also two or three low pops at various points across the side.
the needle sticks for a few rotations near to the end of I Walk On Gilded Splinters.
i tried it on a heavier deck (a Technics 1210) and it did exactly the same thing.
if you leave it playing it does get through the sticking point after about three spins.

Side B:
Side B is in a similar condition (it doesn't stick in any places however).
there's a bit of occasional faint surface noise and two or three low pops spread out over the side.
i would grade a record in this condition as VG.
the gatefold sleeve has some wear at the corners, as shown in the pics.
i would grade it as VG.
the booklet and inner sleeve are in good shape.
i would say that they grade close to VG Plus.
so, not the best copy out there but it's not too bad overall.
