Description
The original first pressing of Paul Weller's "Wild Wood", on vinyl, released on Go! Discs in 1994. This first edition does not include "Hung Up" which was added to the second edition.
I transferred this LP straight to cassette when first purchased, so the record has only been played a few times at most, and one of those was to grade it for this auction. It still has it's original Obi strip intact, although the strip does have a partial split at the bottom. The rest of the sleeve is lovely and clean, having been stored in a plastic sleeve since purchase, and the poster is also intact and in lovely condition. There is very slight corner denting at the top and bottom left hand side, and some very light wrinkles on the rear-right of the sleeve, but these seemed to be present on every copy on the shelf at the time I purchased the record, so I am assuming that these were a common fault. (I was a bit of an anorak for checking out every copy of a record to get the best-looking one in the store!).
Aurally, the record still sounds as fresh as when it was manufactured, and the record still retains that "just-pressed" glossy sheen.

All records tested on Technics record deck on National Panasonic SGE5090 Music Centre, through Sennheiser HD497 headphones.
My preferred method of payment is PayPal, but I can also accept payment by personal cheque. However, if using cheque please bear in mind that goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared into my account. I do NOT accept any other forms of payment.
All items sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard in the UK. I have not found any problems using this service generally, but I appreciate that other people prefer to use 1st class or recorded delivery. If you wish to do so, please contact me prior to paying for the item and I can advise you of additional postage costs.
