Offered is an authentic test pressing of Pavement - Westing, a collection of their early eps and demos. The final release lp has I believe 22 tracks. This test pressing has either 10 or 11 tracks and is cut on only one side. The other side is virgin uncut vinyl. I image the final tracklist for Westing was still being considered. This is an authentic test pressing, not some no name plain white label copy that people try to pass off as the real deal. Blank white label test pressings are some of the most faked vinyls out there these days. I see one here on eBay listed for $4000 with plain white labels and no documentation. It even is offered in a jacket that was not even printed at the time the cut was made. Rest assured, you are bidding on the real deal, not an overpriced vinyl of unknown origin

Touch & Go distributed Drag City Records at the time and ordered the test pressing from Rainbo in California. I spoke w/ a rep for Rainbo and a few other sources to figure out what tied Touch & Go w/ Pavement through Drag City (Touch & Go also distributed the Merge label)

I would also like to thank my buddy Jack who is a fellow RCG'er in tracking down the info for this with the Drag City connection to Touch & Go

I have included shots of the matrix showing DC14 for Drag City, label shows Touch & Go as the ordering customer under catalog account S27370. The vinyl visually is VG+ or better, could use a light cleaning. I see no major defects period. Comes in a plain sleeve
