ATTENTION: This week I have up for auction a massive list of rare groove, soul, jazz, funk, latin, disco, and private LPs and 45s, including some of the best and most elusive Jazz Dance titles on Hoctor, Statler, and Orion, rare disco acetates, and some very obscure 45s. Record Condition: Conservative visual VG, a few long surface marks, plays GREAT - listen to full soundclips of both sides below Cover Condition: VG (2-inch split on bottom seam, ringwear) - includes the original paper insert which is in fantastic condition

Outstanding and nearly impossible to find original copy of this Bay Area jazz rarity - VERY few of these floating around. This was Phil Hewitt's third LP in a series of three absolutely incredible jazz LPs. Listen to the audio above to hear what I mean. I believe this may be the first copy of "Since Washington" to be sold online, though I'm not 100 percent sure - certainly a very rare chance to own a very special album.

I am a DJ and collector and grade conservatively on the simple scale of Sealed, NM, EX, VG+, VG, VG-, G, and Poor. All items are original first pressings unless otherwise noted. All audio clips, photos and label scans are taken from the copy of the record for sale and are not altered in any way.

Please note the following:
- All records are packaged securely in professional cardboard record mailers with inserts, and are taped securely on the outside, with the inner sleeve & record outside of the cover to prevent seams splits, and a plastic outer sleeve to prevent scuffing.  - I ship within two days of receiving payment and send out shipping notifications via email - all US packages include free delivery confirmation and all first class international packages include a USPS customs number for reference with your post office. All relevent postage information is automatically sent to the buyer's paypal email address when the item is shipped. - Shipping Insurance is available for $1.50 per $100 of item value and is highly recommended for all First Class International packages. - When calculating shipping costs, Double LPs count as two LPs. - For bidders with exceptionally few or poor feedback I reserve the right to require Priority Mail or Insurance at the expense of the buyer.
