THE PEARCY FAMILY -- I'm Building A Bridge -- hard to find, original early 1970's (or late 1960's??) U.S. album.  Way obscure Private Press Xian-Real People-Outsider Music album from this family group (6 girls, 2 boys, mother & father).  Naive, plaintive "When I Stand With God" sung by youngest boy and wonderfully out-of-tune "A Rich Man Am I" sung by his older brother among the LP's highlights, and highly enjoyable for fans of this genre of Outsider Music.  See photos for track list.  Cover:  VG+++, light ring wear and light wear at corners.  Record:  VG+/VG++, several light surface marks, overall very clean, on SF Custom label, U.S. press.
