PEARL JAM - RIOT ACT Original GENUINE 2002 Vinyl 2 x LP Pressing on Epic Records Comes with original Inner Sleeves and Booklet
I'm the original owner. Took very good care of this.
CONDITION: For both Vinyl LP's, I'm grading them VG+. Rarely played these. I might easily say EX but there is some smudging and sleeve rub caused by the original sleeves. No scratches or skips. Plays like it's NM. I moved the vinyls to poly-lined inner sleeves years ago to prevent any further sleeve rub.
Gatefold Cover, I'm grading at VG+ because it has one small tear on the top front seam (see photo). This occurs sometimes during shipping of records when the vinyl shifts and puts pressure on the top seam. It's about 1 inch or so. Aside from that the cover would be graded NM/EX. There's minor corner wear but nothing you wouldn't find in the store quite frankly.
The Original Cardboard Inner Picture Sleeves are NM/EX. I moved the vinyls to poly-lined inners years ago so the original inners rarely came out of the cover.
The Original Riot Act Booklet is NM.
SHIPPING: I will ship via USPS w/ Tracking and Insurance and Signature Confirmation Required. I require this with rare, high dollar vinyl in the event there are any issues with shipping. I only charge for Media Mail shipping and add the extras at no extra charge. When I ship used vinyl, I remove the vinyl from the sleeve to avoid issues like the one I mentioned above with shifting and seam damage. Well packed in sturdy boxes.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: I do not accept returns or offer refunds on used vinyl EXCEPT in the case where damage occurs during shipping, caused by the carrier. If that occurs, I would file a claim and the buyer must help me cooperate with the claims process. This could mean that USPS would come to your home to examine the original packaging or even perhaps pick up the original packaging and item. This is the only scenario in which refunds/returns are accepted.
