Comments: This album was purchased from a private collector who stated he was the original owner and purchased it in 1994. The Pearl Jam discography states this issue comes with a printed inner sleeve and an 8 page booklet of artwork, lyrics and credits in the style of a 1920's medical book. As the album is sealed I cannot verify this.
