Details: - This is part of my Personal Prog Rock Collection which I have spent many years acquiring and all in NM/Mint condition (I've always picked the best copies and looked after them!!) - On offer here is the mega rare UK LP by Prog/Folk/Jazz rock outfit `Ricotti & Albuquerque` called `First Wind` this is their only offering and is released on the Obscure `Pegasus` Label` (releases on this label are also rare in themselves)!!!! Vinyl: (M-) Beautiful `Thick Vinyl` Pressing, Looks `As New!!`- Even under Bright Halogen Spotlights it is hard to see any sleeve removal marks, plays as new with just light dust crackle - Archive copy. Inserts: comes with original polylined white inner sleeve with `Plastic Bags can be dangerous` text, ex reviewers copy has `reviewed` written on this inner sleeve, probably only played once!! Sleeve: (EX) Nice copy of this delicate `E.J.Day Group` sleeve, Some spine and edge wear, sharp opening, (see photos for full overview), some glue residue from sticker removal (top left front) Still a nice find for this fragile sleeve as it usually turns up very badly damaged - this a great EX copy Labels: Clean Labels - Just one visible spindle line Post/Packing: UK - £5.50, Europe - £7.50, World £9.50I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover
Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
