Sorry for having almost no feedback. I've been on eBay since 1999 and have
just re-activated this dormant account for running the occassional auction.

Record is VG+.
Some very light lines/scuffs, but very shiny and clean.

Sleeve is VG+.
Light ring wear, tiny creases/tears on top edge.

Strict, simple grading you will be happy with:
NM / EX / VG+ / VG / G / F(air) / Poor.
EX is still NM range for most, VG+ should be much better than you are expecting.
In my experience, most records graded VG+ and EX by others, I'd grade VG (or G).
Good does not mean bad! Fair will play well, but not look great.
