On eBay auction here is a wonderful example of Penny Davies and Roger Ilott's ultra-rare third Album "Birchgrove Quay", a Restless Recordings Private Issue LP Album from 1986. It was produced, engineered and mixed by Roger Ilott and Penny Davies from Spring 1984 to Winter 1986 at Restless Recordings in Rozelle, NSW.
This scarce album comes exactly as you see it in the photos above, so please take the time to look at them carefully. They form part of the Description of the Condition.
CONDITION:
VINYL: The Vinyl is in Nice, Very-Good-Plus Near-Excellent Condition with some scuff marks that virtually don't affect play; it plays Excellent-Plus.
LABELS: The Labels are awesome; Super-Clean Near-Mint to Mint Condition, as per the Photos.
COVER: The Cover is in Nice and Clean, Near-Excellent Condition with just Minor storage edge wear - See the Photos.
