On offer here is a VERY rare double LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Pentangle called 'Sweet Child' and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK Transatlantic 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Transatlantic labels!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IT IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT PENTANGLES RAREST LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  AND WHAT MAKES THIS DOUBLE LP EVEN RARER STILL IS THAT IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE!!!!  IF YOU TAKE A LOOK AT THE INSIDE OF THE GATEFOLD COVER - YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE IT HAS 4 LARGE FLIPBACKS!!!!  AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE ON THIS DOUBLE LP!!!!  ONLY A TINY HANDFUL OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS ONLY - EVER HAD THIS ULTRA RARE FLIPBACK GATEFOLD COVER, BEFORE IT WAS IMMEDIATELY CHANGED TO THE STANDARD NON-FLIPBACK GATEFOLD COVER THAT MOST 1ST PRESSINGS HAD!!!!  THIS ULTRA RARE DOUBLE LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS AN ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING WITH FLIPBACK GATEFOLD COVER!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS DOUBLE LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS TRANSATLANTIC LABELS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVES, AND 1ST PRESS 'MacNEILL' GATEFOLD FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Transatlantic UK 1st Pressing from 1968 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The records are pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is TRA 178 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Transatlantic Labels (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels on BOTH records are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT BOTH RECORDS HAVE BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s Double LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and I will grade each record visually in turn, then describe the playing of the records below this and lastly give an overall grading!!!!  Record 1 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  Record 1 must visually grade FULL Excellent if not Excellent+!!!!  SUPERB RECORD!!!!  Record 2 has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  Record 2 must visually grade Very Good++++!!!!  BOTH RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is great to find that the records play as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  They play with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality of BOTH records is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The records MUST grade Excellent(Minus) if not better overall (Record 1 Excellent+ & Record 2 Very Good++++)!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeves!!!!  The 1st Press 'MacNeill' Gatefold Flipback Laminated Cover is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The cover has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated inside is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, barely ANY yellowing AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO ringwear, NO rubbing, STUNNING flipbacks, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade FULL Excellent!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
