On offer here is a VERY rare Double LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Pentangle called "Sweet Child" and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Transatlantic label!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IT IS EASILY PENTANGLE'S RAREST LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1968 WHEN THIS DOUBLE LP WAS FIRST RELEASED - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE, AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT - BUT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH AN ULTRA RARE 'FLIPBACK' LAMINATED GATEFOLD COVER (LATER ONES WERE 'NON-FLIPBACK' INSTEAD!)!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS DOUBLE LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION AND CLEARLY HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1ST PRESSING ON 1ST PRESS TRANSATLANTIC LABELS, 1ST PRESS MATCHING 'PATENTS APPLIED FOR' INNER SLEEVES, AND 1ST PRESS 'DAWSON ROSSITER' FLIPBACK LAMINATED GATEFOLD COVER!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Transatlantic UK 1st Pressing from 1968 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The records are pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is TRA 178 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Transatlantic labels (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos!)!!!!

The record labels on BOTH records are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVENT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl on BOTH records is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s Double LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and BOTH records have NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  BOTH RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINE LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the records play as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The records must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  WHAT A BRILLIANT SET OF RECORDS!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press matching 'Patents Applied For' inner sleeves which are in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The 1st Press 'E.J.Day' Gatefold Laminated FLIPBACK Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the inside of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO ringwear, NO rubbing, NO yellowing, STUNNING flipbacks, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
